DUFFY AND DANNI MINOUGE PRESENT AT VODAFONE MTV AUSTRALIA AWARDS 2009

Only a few more sleeps until MTVs Night of Nights, and the sexy star appearances and guest spots just keep on growing!

Just announced: Australia's sexiest screen siren Danni Minogue and Welsh soul singer Duffy will heat up the stage as presenters at the Vodafone MTV Australia Awards 2009.

The irrepressible Danni Minogue has been a fixture in Australian pop-culture since she was just a teen. More recently, Danni has returned home to take up post of 'judge extraordinaire' on the Channel Seven's 'Australia's Got Talent'; now Danni will bring her sexy brand of glamour to this years show as she takes to the stage as a presenter at the Vodafone MTVAAs 2009.

Duffy's old-school charm has resonated with millions of fans around the world, her debut album Rockferry (2008) catapulted the little-known artist into the public eye while critics marvelled the maturity of her lyrics and sound.  By all accounts, Aussie audiences are feeling the Grammy winning artist as much as the rest of the world; the album has held firm in the ARIA Album Charts for a massive 34 weeks. Duffy will present at this year's Awards show in front of thousands of fans who will pour in to see MTV dish-out accolades to the world's hottest artist.

Danni Minogue and Duffy will join presenters Lara Bingle and Rhys Darby and performers Jessica Mauboy, The Fray, The Killers, Kings Of Leon (via satellite) and Sia. Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz will host the show, while The Hills 'It Girl', Audrina Patridge, will host the 'The Red Carpet At The Vodafone MTV Australia Awards' along side MTV VJ's Maz Compton, Darren Mc Mullen, Ruby Rose and special guest Blink-182's Mark Hoppus.
